Operations Coordinator (Retail Operations)

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York, NY; 100% on-site

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

• Act as the primary operational contact for global store teams, resolving inquiries and communicating product, quality, markdown, fulfillment, inventory, and supply updates.
• Lead virtual onboarding for store operations leaders, including SOP and systems training.
• Coordinate supply submissions, vendor approvals, uniforms, operational calendars, store openings, remodels, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DASH workflows, develop VRP expertise, and support store systems and hardware issues with IT.
• Maintain Tableau dashboards, spreadsheets, vendor accounts, KPI reporting, cycle counts, and shrink reporting.
• Collaborate with buyers, allocators, inventory control, HQ operations, and IT on product flow, replenishment, transfers, and store support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail operations, 1+ year leading a team, and 3+ years in retail apparel.
• Experience supporting multi-unit, global, or high-volume retail operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, coaching, training, organization, time management, and data interpretation skills.
• Comfort working across DASH, VRP, Tableau, Slack, Freshworks, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Google Suite.
• Ability to lift and move 25 lbs, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform retail tasks involving bending, twisting, and climbing ladders or step stools.
• Open availability is required, including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, special projects, and product drops; travel may be required.
