Business Operations Manager (Retail)

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite store role with rotating schedules, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.

Annual salary: $80,000–$140,000, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 10–30 associates across the buying and selling process.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and provide performance feedback and development plans for associates.
• Drive store initiatives, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, service, merchandising, logistics, and customer experience.
• Analyze data, manage P&L, identify business opportunities, improve processes, and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Oversee environmental, health, and safety requirements for the department or location.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate PC skills, including Word and Excel.
