Production Associate, Fill (2:45pm-10:45pm)

What you will do

• Inspect, print, fill, assemble, plug, and seal flexible containers holding IV therapies, premixed drugs, renal therapies, and sterile solutions.
• Operate computerized printers and maintain them by replacing foil and ribbon and making minor adjustments.
• Supply filling stations with printed bags and production materials.
• Perform scheduled cleaning activities and document completed work.
• Conduct quality checks using gauges and scales, applying SOPs and current good manufacturing practices.
• Report and address safety, quality, mechanical, and discrepancy issues while maintaining a clean work area using 6S principles.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to understand safety and quality instructions, read work instructions with words and drawings, and perform basic mathematics.
• Ability to perform repetitive processes, distinguish colors, and lift, push, pull, stand, walk, squat, climb, reach, balance, stoop, and crouch as required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Career Readiness Certification at the Silver level.
• Existing or attainable Inspector Certification.
