What you will do

• Manage store operations, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow.
• Train store staff on technology and operational procedures.
• Partner with the General Manager and cross-functional teams on annual budgets and operational priorities.
• Manage people resources, set clear goals, and hold staff accountable to high standards.
• Support customer experience initiatives and special events in partnership with PR and Marketing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, climbing, reaching, bending, and other physical store duties.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
