TL;DR

Director, Supply Chain Planning Excellence (Supply Chain Planning/SAP): Defining and leading global inventory strategy, SAP planning governance, network optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across a global supply chain with an accent on service performance, working capital optimization, and operational excellence. Focus on leading transformation initiatives, developing a high-performing COE team, and establishing global planning standards.

Location: USA - Remote

Annual salary: $175,000–$190,000, plus bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do

Lead global inventory strategy across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
Own SAP planning governance and master data policy.
Drive supply chain network optimization and global planning standards.
Lead and develop a high-performing center of excellence team.
Partner with senior leadership on global transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in supply chain leadership roles.
Expert knowledge of SAP planning systems.
Experience leading global transformation initiatives using change management models.
Experience managing and developing teams.

Nice to have

Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
APICS or a similar certification.
