Technical Cloud Operations Lead (Cloud Operations)

What you will do

• Establish Domino's Cloud Operations capability and define ownership and operating practices for routine production changes.
• Build a service catalog with procedures, risk boundaries, verification steps, rollback paths, and escalation points.
• Take hands-on ownership of appropriate cloud operations and recurring production campaigns through verification and completion.
• Partner with Platform Services, SRE, and Support to improve automation, tooling, documentation, and self-service.
• Measure operational volume, exceptions, verification time, engineering escalations, and paved-road coverage.
• Develop operational controls and evidence practices for increasingly complex and regulated customer environments.

Requirements

• Experience operating production cloud or SaaS environments in Cloud Operations, Production Operations, SRE, Platform Operations, DevOps, Application Operations, or a similar technical operations function.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and concepts; AWS and Kubernetes experience is especially useful.
• Experience structuring, documenting, and making recurring operational work repeatable.
• Strong operational judgment, including recognizing deviations from procedures and escalating appropriately.
• Ability to use logs, monitoring, deployment output, configuration, and other technical signals to assess system state.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Some scripting or infrastructure-as-code experience is helpful.
