What you will do

• Review and adjudicate claims for GAP products.
• Verify multiple documents to determine claim eligibility and accuracy.
• Apply the correct amounts to customer loans or return funds to customers.
• Resolve challenging customer calls and identify practical solutions.
• Meet time-sensitive requirements and deliverables while collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and emotional resilience when handling challenging calls.
• Must work from a home office in an approved U.S. city and state with a quiet workspace and reliable, secure internet.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GAP products or an insurance claims background.
