What you will do

  • Analyze invoice submissions and administer base and supplemental Medicaid, Manufacturer Discount Program, and state pharmaceutical assistance rebate payments.
  • Review claims, resubmissions, price changes, payment packages, commentary, and approvals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Work with operating company partners, states, and third-party agencies to resolve rebate disputes and support financial planning.
  • Evaluate data, state updates, industry information, market trends, and product trends to provide critical analysis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, and support training and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide rebate program expertise for acquisition and divestiture initiatives and monitor regulatory changes affecting Medicaid and state programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least four years of overall business experience with progressive responsibility in finance, business operations, administrative services, or analysis.
  • Experience working with large amounts of data and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Knowledge and use of standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, respond to internal and external customer requests, communicate clearly, and recommend improvements based on business analysis.
  • Knowledge of contracting, contract compliance, Medicaid, finance, or rebate management is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CORE or another Medicaid contracting or rebate system, Model N, and HPE Content Manager.
  • Experience with contract administration and compliance processes.
