Director, Trade Relations Rebate Economics (Healthcare)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; on-site at the San Diego headquarters or another company location. Remote work requires management approval based on business requirements.

Salary: $155,380–$221,416–$287,451 per year

What you will do

• Lead rebate performance reporting, including forecast-versus-payable analysis, for all hirify.global PBM lines of business.
• Develop and maintain dashboards covering financial, operational, and quality metrics for Trade Relations.
• Establish rebate-related KPIs and databases, analyze large datasets, and identify opportunities to improve client rebate performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and operational deliverables.
• Manage continuous-improvement, SOC/SOX control, value-realization, and related project-management initiatives.
• Serve as the Trade Relations point of contact for financial audits and represent the function to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of related experience and subject-matter expertise, plus 8 years of supervisory experience or an approved equivalent leadership pathway.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Experience applying database tools, accounting, finance, or data analysis in operations.
• Proven leadership, financial reasoning, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must support regular coordination with employees, clients, vendors, and stakeholders; domestic travel may be required. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
