Senior Analyst Compensation Sales

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $85,000–$128,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze compensation payout results, source documents, reports, and calculations within the Sales Compensation department.
• Build audit points and controls to maintain payout accuracy and data integrity.
• Partner with Information Systems teams to create and audit reporting based on tracking requirements.
• Identify undocumented or unclear processes, investigate calculations, and create repeatable standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales Compensation Analysts and Sales Programmers on system documentation, flow charts, pay components, and compensation calculations.
• Lead assigned projects focused on automation, process improvement, accuracy, and analyst efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of analyst experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions and drive improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and spreadsheet functions.
• Advanced SQL and/or Power BI skills are preferred.
