What you will do

• Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Oversee incoming inspection and quality processes across distribution and production facilities.
• Manage identification, containment, and disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Coordinate inspection, sorting, containment, and rework activities with temporary personnel and external services.
• Support internal, certification, product, and process audits, including corrective action implementation and effectiveness verification.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends, and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, quality documentation, and document control.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, incoming inspection, nonconforming material control, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and internal auditing.
• Ability to conduct or support manufacturing process and quality system audits, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP, Oracle, and MasterControl preferred.
