Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; primarily based in a production and/or warehouse setting with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Establish site quality assurance and compliance strategies, systems, controls, and company-wide quality programs.
• Define, track, and report key quality performance metrics while supporting sites in achieving scorecard objectives.
• Maintain the quality framework through assessment, training, monitoring, and compliance with applicable laws and independent agency standards.
• Manage quality incident resolution, including root cause analysis, total cost of quality calculations, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Address quality concerns and operational improvement opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and support corrective actions for audit deficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing policies, standards, procedures, production environments, and plant operations.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, worker protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing changes to production processes and resolving problems through a disciplined approach.
• Frequent walking and standing are required, with occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
