What you will do

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise technology strategy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable application, integration, data, security, availability, performance, resiliency, and maintainability architectures.
• Lead architecture standards, reusable design patterns, technology roadmaps, design reviews, technical planning, estimation, and solution definition.
• Provide senior architecture leadership for the ServiceNow platform and CMDB, including governance, integrations, and long-term roadmap development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, performance, and integration issues across ServiceNow, CMDB, MID Servers, Tomcat, Java application stacks, and Oracle databases.
• Partner with infrastructure, database, application, and cybersecurity teams while mentoring engineers and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design, ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and systems integration.
• Experience with Oracle databases, Java-based application environments, Tomcat administration, enterprise systems engineering, and platform operations.
• Ability to work across Linux, Windows, and AIX environments and collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, and cybersecurity teams.
• Work location: Columbus, Ohio, United States.
