ServiceNow Platform Architect

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, release management, and long-term platform evolution.
• Define CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality strategies and standards.
• Design enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish platform security, ACL, role-based access, workflow, and Flow Designer standards.
• Drive performance, scalability, upgrades, health improvements, documentation, and mentoring for developers and administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, platform security, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow features.
• Exposure to multi-instance environments and integrations with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
