What you will do

• Design, develop, debug, test, and maintain software components supporting semiconductor products, platforms, tools, and embedded systems.
• Implement assigned features and enhancements, estimate work, and deliver according to project priorities and schedules.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, validation, quality, product management, operations, and external partners.
• Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support requirements analysis, architecture discussions, hardware-software integration, validation, documentation, and release readiness.
• Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing software in semiconductor, embedded software, firmware, platform software, or a related engineering environment.
• Working knowledge of programming fundamentals, software design, debugging, testing, integration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with version control, build systems, defect tracking, CI/CD workflows, validation, or hardware-software interaction is preferred.
