What you will do

• Develop, manage, and document SPIDR system, application, and data requirements.
• Lead requirements-gathering activities and support project initiation and tracking.
• Maintain IT standards and facilitate technical and business requirements discussions.
• Apply ASQ Black Belt or equivalent quality-improvement practices to performance-improvement initiatives.
• Develop customized training resources and educational opportunities for Sailors.
• Support the professional growth, skills development, and operational readiness of Navy personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare.
• At least six years of direct experience as a performance improvement analyst in the government sector, preferably supporting the US Navy.
• Master Black Belt certificate.
• Experience with the Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program.
• Experience covering all elements of the ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge or an equivalent recognized quality organization framework.
• Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain Secret clearance.
