Corporate Communications Manager (Quality)

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the Quality Department’s communications strategy and oversee tactical execution with Communications Specialists in the U.S. and Asia.
• Develop communication plans and key message platforms for processes, major change initiatives, programs, and business priorities.
• Partner with division leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive employee engagement, shape culture, and support organizational change.
• Manage end-to-end communications delivery, including assessment, writing, review, publishing, and evaluation.
• Oversee newsletters, digital signs, video, bulletins, posters, templates, and centralized communication platforms.
• Advise leaders on strategic change management and change communication assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in communications and/or marketing, including internal communications programs.
• Extensive writing experience across long-form and short-form content, social media, web, video, and varied audiences.
• Strong writing, visual storytelling, storyboarding, presentation development, communications planning, and implementation skills.
• Advanced project management experience, including print management and video production.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Executive communications experience supporting corporate functions in a global organization.
• Experience developing leadership narratives and content strategies for socially driven channels.
• One to two years of people leadership experience.
