Senior Product Manager - Data Analytics

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process. Travel is required up to 20%.

Salary: $102,600–$179,250 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Support product strategy and growth initiatives across Life Sciences, Digital Health, Financial, and Consulting segments.
• Lead primary and secondary research, customer interviews, focus groups, competitive analysis, and market opportunity assessment.
• Manage product development activities, including backlog prioritization, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, report mockups, and data-field definitions.
• Translate research insights into product concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and customer-focused experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and subject matter experts to develop and test pilot solutions.
• Contribute to business cases, forecasting, pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy for new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of technology product management experience.
• Experience with Agile development processes and Lean Innovation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Health software or data analytics experience.
• Experience with regulatory considerations and industry workflows in healthcare or Life Sciences.
