Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; hybrid schedule with approximately three days per week in the office

Salary: $82,000–$115,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

  • Own onsite merchandising across the homepage, category pages, collections, search, product pages, and campaigns.
  • Optimize assortment, ranking, navigation, personalization, and merchandising strategies to improve revenue, conversion rate, and average order value.
  • Lead seasonal launches, product introductions, promotional events, and site merchandising execution.
  • Analyze site, product, customer, and merchandising performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and automate merchandising reports, dashboards, and performance tracking for weekly, seasonal, and strategic decisions.
  • Maintain product data, pricing, inventory visibility, categorization, promotions, and overall site quality while partnering with Marketing, Creative, Planning, SEO, Operations, Technology, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience, preferably in apparel, footwear, outdoor, or workwear brands.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and reporting automation with large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, sell-through, and inventory health.
  • Experience with large product catalogs, seasonal assortments, CMS and ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, plus strong communication, organization, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • A practical Excel assessment is part of the interview process.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven product recommendation, search, and merchandising tools such as Constructor.io or Bloomreach.
  • Passion for outdoor products and customer experiences.
