Salary: $131,900–$245,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a team responsible for package software application development and maintenance.
• Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish departmental objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor project progress and financial metrics, reporting results to stakeholders.
• Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively while fostering effective teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3+ years in a similar software engineering and management role.
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Experience managing teams and executing software projects.
• Solid technical knowledge of package applications.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
