Salary: $108,500–$162,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for short-term and long-term incentives.

What you will do

  • Manage material flow from receiving, inspection, and off-site storage through line-side presentation, production support, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Design and operate lean, pull-based material systems using PFEP, supermarkets, two-bin Kanban, tugger routes, point-of-use delivery, and 5S practices.
  • Oversee inventory control, cycle counting, replenishment, excess and obsolete materials, and accurate transactional reporting.
  • Optimize daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts, including staging, receiving, storage, finished-goods shipping, and indirect materials.
  • Lead material-flow continuous improvement events, collaborate with corporate materials teams, and support project and program delivery.
  • Supervise material-handling personnel, including forklift drivers and material supervisors; interview, hire, train, coach, and develop direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of progressive operations management experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience applying lean principles and transformational leadership, including Plan for Every Part.
  • Ability to work in both high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
  • Experience with inventory management, quantitative analysis, financial measurements, and data-supported decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, follow PPE requirements, lift and move materials, and potentially obtain a DOT medical card and drive a heavy-duty truck.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
  • Experience in international logistics.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and data-analysis skills.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple sites.
