Senior Product Manager, Multi-Asset Solutions

Location: On-site in Boston or Charlotte, United States

Base salary: $100,000–$158,000 per year, plus potential bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Own assigned multi-asset investment product lines and lead product advocacy efforts to support market share growth.
• Research markets, competitors, advisors, and clients to identify positioning opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Partner with Client Portfolio Managers, Investment Teams, Institutional Distribution, and Intermediary Distribution to represent strategies to prospects and clients.
• Set product performance expectations, assess results against benchmarks and peers, and recommend product changes.
• Develop presentations, RFP and database content, marketing collateral, and thought leadership materials.
• Lead large-scale product projects and support new product development initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Ability to influence, collaborate across the organization, and lead initiatives to achieve results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data to identify trends and issues.
• Familiarity with concepts related to assigned investment products and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Series 7, state securities agent registration (S63 or S66), and state IAR registration (S65 or S66), or the ability to obtain them within a defined period with support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year education.
