Senior Digital Product Manager Lead (MarTech)

Location: In-office in Wilmington, Delaware or East Brunswick, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $112,000–$249,600 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and adoption goals for enterprise marketing workflow and work management capabilities.
• Own the product backlog, priorities, release plans, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and release readiness.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of Adobe Workfront and integrations with campaign, content, collaboration, reporting, and communication platforms.
• Define future-state workflows, governance models, adoption strategies, and operating frameworks.
• Align Marketing, Customer Communications, Digital, Technology, Compliance, and Delivery stakeholders while communicating progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience in Agile environments.
• Experience leading enterprise software, workflow, or platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of backlog management, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder engagement, communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience delivering complex solutions across business and technology teams and driving organizational adoption and change.
• Employment is in-office in Wilmington, DE or East Brunswick, NJ; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting marketing, customer engagement, campaign delivery, content development, or customer communications.
• Exposure to Adobe Workfront, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ServiceNow, or similar work management platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, HubSpot, or comparable marketing technologies.
• Experience with workflow automation, process optimization, platform integrations, or large-scale regulated environments.
