Junior Analyst, Business Development & Analytics

What you will do

• Support the regional Business Development team for Latin America and US Latin in evaluating and monitoring investments.
• Prepare and update financial models, investment analyses, approval documentation, budgets, and periodic management reports.
• Collect, validate, and organize financial, repertoire, and consumption data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, databases, analytical tools, and reports covering digital consumption trends and strategic business indicators.
• Compare actual investment performance with original projections and support ongoing financial monitoring.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, ACR, Legal, and Administration teams to maintain accurate and consistent information.

Requirements

• Advanced-level student or graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, corporate finance, business analytics, or a similar area.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Available for a 7.5-hour business workday, with extended evening or late-night hours when work volume and events require it.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial modeling.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
