Decision Analytics Associate Consultant

Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid work combines working from home with on-site presence at client locations or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Use data analytics to support client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, and serve as a key contact for project areas.
• Create deliverables, implement solutions, improve analytical capabilities, and mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, with strong quantitative and analytical coursework in areas such as statistics, data science, econometrics, engineering, operations research, or applied mathematics.
• 4–6 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to plan and organize work with self-discipline and initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, with empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Argentina.
