What you will do
- Lead research engagements on reimbursement dynamics, prior authorization, step therapy, prescribing, and patient access.
- Develop pricing and access strategy recommendations using payer intelligence, competitive dynamics, and product value narratives.
- Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and Excel.
- Manage project workstreams end-to-end, including research design, recruitment, fieldwork, analysis, status updates, and deliverables.
- Synthesize and present findings to clients and internal teams while developing client relationships.
- Guide and mentor Associates and contribute to improving consulting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, with strong quantitative and analytical coursework.
- 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting experience in market access, payer strategy, or reimbursement research in or serving the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing strategy, including WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong oral and written communication, teamwork, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and initiative.
- Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Argentina.
