Senior Business Systems Analyst / Techno-Functional Lead (Salesforce Health Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead business discovery, requirements definition, and functional solution design for complex Salesforce transformation programs.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to define needs, pain points, future-state processes, and scalable solutions.
• Translate business objectives into capabilities, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs using Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Own the requirements lifecycle from discovery through deployment, including traceability, backlog refinement, prioritization, demos, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support SIT/UAT planning, functional validation, defect management, business acceptance, roadmap planning, and release readiness.
• Mentor Business Analysts and collaborate with architects, engineers, QA, product teams, clients, and global project teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst or techno-functional experience, including at least 3 years delivering Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Experience with pharma patient services, specialty therapies, HUB operations, case management, oncology support, or patient engagement processes.
• Strong discovery and blueprinting workshop leadership, user-story writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Supervisory, coaching, hands-on project management, agile delivery, and cross-functional decision-making experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, application development, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, or Power BI.
• Fluency in English, authorization to work in the intended country of employment, and willingness to travel to global offices as required.
