Business Technology Solutions Associate (Sales Performance Management)

What you will do

• Configure and support Sales Performance Management solutions such as Xactly, Varicent, or similar platforms.
• Develop compensation calculations, workflows, components, and plan configurations based on business rules.
• Analyze requirements, business rules, data, and operational processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Support data integration, transformation, quality assurance, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare technical and business documentation, participate in client workshops, and support training and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with academic excellence.
• Approximately two years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, data analysis, enterprise applications, commercial operations, SPM, ICM, sales planning, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting system implementations, software configuration, application development, or similar technical initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system configurations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required for global and client-facing collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPM or ICM platforms such as Xactly, Varicent, or SPIFF.
• Knowledge of incentive compensation concepts, including quotas, crediting, attainment, and payouts.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, AWS, Qlik, or related data and reporting platforms.
• Consulting experience, client-facing exposure, or relevant platform certifications.
