Embedded ROI Specialist

Location: Remote, limited to Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee; Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Salary: $15–$18.32 USD per hour

What you will do

• Process electronic medical record requests through various EMR systems.
• Take calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical status information.
• Enter and document accurate data across multiple platforms using Windows-based applications and dual monitors.
• Meet role metrics, including charts per hour and attendance requirements.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, company, and facility policies.
• Report technical issues, security breaches, and site difficulties while responding to requests and deadlines promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of data entry experience.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
• Computer skills with Windows-based applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate in a remote, cross-departmental environment.
• Employment sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with electronic medical records.
