Distribution Coordinator 4/Group Lead

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States. On-site work in an office, laboratory, manufacturing, and warehousing environment.

Salary: $22.50–$37.50 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movement, material flow, and daily distribution execution.
• Follow standard work, safety expectations, site procedures, quality requirements, and transaction controls.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, operational risks, and process concerns through appropriate channels.
• Maintain ownership, accuracy, teamwork, and follow-through across assigned responsibilities.
• Support continuous improvement, cross-training, warehouse transformation, process redesign, and standardization initiatives.
• Contribute to safe, reliable, customer-focused distribution performance and broader operational readiness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
• Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, material flow, picking, packing, and transaction accuracy.
• Ability to reinforce standard work, safety expectations, quality requirements, and operational discipline.
• Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and follow-through skills, with experience using ERP, warehouse, inventory, reporting, or Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, typing, and positioning objects at various heights.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Lean, 6S, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods.
• Experience supporting production, manufacturing, customer-facing, or cross-functional operations.
• Readiness for expanded responsibility, leadership, or broader operational scope.
