What you will do

• Activate marketing-qualified leads through personalized, one-to-one outreach.
• Follow up on event leads and re-engage cold conversations to generate qualified pipeline.
• Partner with account executives to stay engaged in opportunities and coordinate across buying committees.
• Identify additional stakeholders who should join customer conversations.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and build relationships with the security community in person.
• Nurture customer relationships over time rather than pursuing single transactions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership of an initiative and the ability to drive it to a result.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Comfort operating without a scripted, high-volume dialing approach.
• Consistent follow-through and a competitive mindset.
• AI fluency and an ability to use AI to work more efficiently.
