Senior Manager – TS AI Finance Engineering

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead the roadmap and adoption of the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform.
• Drive AI-enabled software engineering across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Build and enhance AI agents for functional and technical design, code generation, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Identify and deliver high-value AI use cases with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI teams, and engineering organizations.
• Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted software development.
• Lead global engineering teams, mentor technical talent, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams.
• Experience delivering SAP Finance solutions, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, or AI engineering platforms.
• SAP certifications or cloud platform experience.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
