Recruiter (Global)

Location: Fully remote; candidate must be based outside the U.S. Listed locations include Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. Hours are Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours.

Salary: $35,000–$45,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for up to 40 concurrent corporate and field operations requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create interview scorecards, calibrate candidates, and drive hiring decisions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Use AI tools and automation for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and ATS intelligence.
• Deliver a hospitality-focused candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
• Maintain ATS data quality, report on funnel metrics, and improve recruiting playbooks and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in organizations with corporate and distributed local operations teams.
• Hospitality industry experience is required, including hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, travel, or similar environments.
• Experience managing a high requisition load; handling 30+ simultaneous open requisitions is strongly preferred.
• Fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools, modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for working with candidates and U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Must be based outside the U.S. and work during U.S. business hours.
