Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico; attendance at local recruiting events and periodic travel within Mexico may be required.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions in Mexico, partnering with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build local talent pipelines for engineering, technical, professional, and early-career roles.
- Represent at career fairs, university events, networking activities, and community partnerships in Monterrey and other Mexican locations.
- Support the North America internship program from university outreach and intern selection through engagement and conversion to future opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, selection processes, candidate communications, ATS records, recruiting metrics, and employer-branding activities.
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Approximately 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate, agency, RPO, or similar environment.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting professional, technical, engineering, or other specialized talent.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, interpret recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS data, and attend recruiting events with periodic travel.

- Experience recruiting in Monterrey and the broader Nuevo León market.
- Experience with university recruiting, career fairs, internships, or early-career programs.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, transportation, construction, or professional services.
- Experience working with a North American or multinational organization across countries and time zones.
- Experience using recruiting analytics to improve sourcing and hiring outcomes.
