Salary: $105,000–$195,000 annual base salary, plus variable and non-variable benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver technology due diligence workstreams for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including data-room analysis, management sessions, technology assessments, and reports.
• Evaluate application and platform landscapes, architecture, infrastructure, engineering practices, data quality, technology debt, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.
• Assess whether technology can support business growth, new products, markets, and increased assets under management, including the cost of required remediation.
• Plan technology integrations and separations from pre-signing through Day 1, covering applications, infrastructure, data migration, networks, identity, end-user computing, and cutover.
• Define standalone technology and operations footprints for carve-outs, develop TSA schedules, and plan TSA exits.
• Build synergy, cost, and benefit-realization models; lead workshops; manage stakeholders; support proposals; and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Relevant technology experience in enterprise or solution architecture, cloud and infrastructure, application landscapes, software engineering, data platforms, or cybersecurity.
• Advanced Excel skills, including cost-benefit models, financial bridges, synergy dashboards, and related analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Understanding of financial-services operating models, technology landscapes, and regulatory considerations.
• Associate candidates typically have 1.5+ years of relevant experience; Senior Associate candidates typically have 3+ years and can lead substantial workstreams.

• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience supporting large transformation programs or independently supporting IT, operational, or business-functional workstreams.
