Production Supervisor (Air)

Location: Onsite in New Port Richey, Florida, United States. Typically Monday through Friday; nights and weekends may be required. Access to export-controlled materials requires U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent residence, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization.

What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Manage resources, raw materials, production plans, budgets, and work-order closeout.
• Ensure compliance with GMP rules, product documentation, specifications, SOPs, customer requirements, safety standards, and aerospace regulations.
• Coordinate with production planning, stockroom, Quality Assurance, and Shipping teams.
• Integrate hirify.global Business System practices into value-stream operations and update production charts.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and team problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline with a preference for 2 years of manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with a preference for at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Preference for 2 years of experience managing or supervising a manufacturing team.
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment, production information systems, and computer applications; SAP and Microsoft experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, writing, assessment, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to understand GMPs and aerospace regulatory guidelines, analyze root causes and corrective actions, prioritize production tasks, and present information to groups and senior management.
• Must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
