Senior Software Engineer (Product)

What you will do

• Own customer and business outcomes end-to-end by framing problems, designing solutions, shipping prototypes, and tracking results.
• Work closely with customers, sales, and support to shape product priorities and decide what to build, defer, or stop.
• Build and scale responsive React interfaces, Node.js and Python services, REST APIs, cloud batch platforms, and data pipelines.
• Own system interfaces, reliability, performance, security, on-call responsibilities, and sensitive consent and PII handling.
• Design AI-assisted workflows and product capabilities such as smarter routing and anomaly detection.
• Mentor engineers, document technical decisions through ADRs and decision memos, and help Product and Design work independently.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping products end-to-end and owning measurable customer or business outcomes.
• Deep full-stack expertise with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, modern CSS, Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous data handling.
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Experience with cloud batch or workflow orchestration such as Step Functions, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Strong systems design, security, accessibility, UI/UX, written and verbal communication, and product judgment.
• Experience using AI-native tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, critically reviewing AI output, and identifying hidden bugs and security issues; 5–10% travel required.
