Production Specialist

Location: Garden Grove, California, United States; onsite clean room manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Assemble, adjust, test, and fine-tune miniature relay components using precision tools and 10X–20X stereo magnification.
• Operate relay adjust-test stations and tune contact gaps, voltages, contact pressure, bounce, lag, and overtravel.
• Magnetize permanent magnets, set transfer voltages, and re-magnetize relays to meet build specifications.
• Fabricate relay assemblies, including contact assembly, framing, vacuum baking, enclosure pressing, and preliminary electrical testing.
• Perform micro-cleaning processes for applicable space-grade relays and follow detailed work instructions.
• Maintain quality and consistency while following clean room, safety, and personal protective equipment procedures.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to handle small components with strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and visual focus.
• Ability to multitask, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain accuracy during repetitive detailed work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with basic computer, math, reading, listening, and communication skills.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status under U.S. export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience working with very small components under a 10X stereo microscope or similar equipment.
• Experience in precision assembly, relay manufacturing, clean room manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or similar production environments.
• Experience with small hand tools, tweezers, shims, measurement tools, or precision test equipment.
