What you will do
- Develop playbooks, templates, prompt guidance, and processes that enable safe and repeatable AI use.
- Establish certification processes for IQVIA-built agents used internally across teams.
- Support AI use-case discovery and prioritisation, including problem statements, feasibility, risk assessment, success measures, and delivery plans.
- Drive pilots of new AI tools and maintain transparent processes for stakeholders.
- Define adoption and value metrics, track outcomes, and report progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Deliver training, community engagement, communications, and change initiatives that support sustained adoption.
Requirements
- Experience facilitating change management for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisation, project management, written communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver learning journeys, workshops, coaching, and office hours for diverse audiences.
- Analytical approach to adoption metrics, KPIs, benefits cases, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of generative AI concepts, evaluation, data leakage, bias, human oversight, risks, and mitigations.
