Apprentice Digital Workplace GenAI

What you will do

• Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards covering Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, engagement, license utilization and business reporting.
• Clean, validate and combine data from multiple sources, then translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support Copilot license assignment, utilization reviews, reassignment and adoption-program reporting under privacy and governance controls.
• Build practical automations with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Graph and other approved tools.
• Support training sessions, demonstrations, FAQs, knowledge articles and community activities that promote safe and effective Copilot use.
• Maintain runbooks, metric dictionaries, access records and data-quality checks while contributing to three-week agile sprints and pilots.

Requirements

• Currently completing or recently completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Business or a related field.
• Foundational experience with Power BI, Excel and data visualization through studies, projects, internships or personal work.
• Ability to structure data, identify inconsistencies and explain findings in clear business language.
• Interest in Microsoft 365, Copilot, generative AI, collaboration technologies and digital employee experience.
• Eligibility to enter an apprenticeship or early-career arrangement in Spain.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English required. Respect for data privacy, confidentiality and responsible technology use is also required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Graph or APIs.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, user research, change and adoption or agile delivery.
• Spanish language skills.
