Head of AI Quality, Assurance and Evaluation (AI)

What you will do

• Own the trustworthy deployment of AI across the enterprise.
• Design and implement risk-based AI governance frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and compliance controls.
• Assess AI risk, bias, transparency, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the AI lifecycle.
• Build audit-ready evaluation frameworks, benchmark sets, regression gates, monitoring, and observability standards for AI models, agents, and applications.
• Translate legal, quality, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements into measurable and testable technical controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, legal, quality, and compliance stakeholders while developing policies, standards, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Production experience building or operating ML/LLM evaluation infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of regulated computerized systems; GxP, Part 11, or equivalent validation experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence engineers, compliance officers, legal, quality, and security stakeholders through clear communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent; postgraduate certification or licensing may be required.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience at this level.
