Senior AI Transformation - WM&I

Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working model with some days remote and some days onsite with the team.

Global banking organization undergoing a technology-driven, customer-centric transformation across Wealth Management & Insurance, including Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking.

What you will do

• Define and execute AI transformation plans for one or more Wealth Management & Insurance domains.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize AI use cases across banker productivity, advisory support, knowledge management, document automation, operations, and controls.
• Translate business pain points into prompt patterns, Copilot experiences, agent workflows, automation playbooks, and adoption journeys.
• Lead discovery workshops, map activities, redesign processes, and define measurable AI-enabled ways of working.
• Build business cases, adoption roadmaps, and KPI frameworks covering efficiency, revenue, risk reduction, adoption, and quality.
• Coordinate delivery with Data & AI, Engineering, Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and vendor teams to ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and reusable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, product management, data, technology, operations, or innovation, preferably in financial services or another regulated environment.
• Experience translating business needs into technology-enabled transformation initiatives and managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Copilot-style productivity tools, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and AI adoption patterns.
• Ability to map processes, identify automation opportunities, redesign operating models, and define business cases, prioritization criteria, and KPI frameworks.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, data products, or digital productivity solutions in a business context.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI-based platforms, Power Platform, or workflow automation.
• Postgraduate qualification in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Strategy, or Financial Services.
• Fluent Spanish or additional languages relevant to a global Wealth Management & Insurance environment.
