Sustainability Advisory Manager

What you will do

• Advise sustainability leaders at major companies on advancing their programs, including target setting and decarbonization strategies.
• Lead strategic engagements across Scopes 1-3 and ensure compliance with frameworks like CSRD, CDP, and SBTi.
• Translate emerging sustainability trends and regulatory changes into actionable guidance for customers.
• Partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams to integrate sustainability intelligence into the platform and strengthen thought leadership.
• Prototype new ways to create value for customers at the intersection of sustainability, advisory, and technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a client-facing consulting role and 4 years in sustainability.
• Deep expertise in corporate decarbonization and key climate frameworks (GHG Protocol, PCAF, SBTi, ISO).
• Strong familiarity with reporting regulations such as CSRD, LSRS, CCDAA, ASRS, ISSB, and CDP.
• Ability to present complex analyses to C-suite audiences and influence decision-making.
• Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week in one of our hub or satellite locations (San Francisco, New York, London, Mexico City, Denver, Sydney, Paris, or Berlin).

• Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish, French, or German.
