What you will do

• Translate business requirements into data and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize factory automation database systems.
• Build robust, reliable, and high-performance manufacturing data pipelines.
• Improve factory performance, output, cycle time, and operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with automation engineers, manufacturing planners, and industrial engineers on integrated software and database systems.
• Document, deploy, and support production systems serving 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access.
• BS degree with 7+ years of experience, MS degree with 5+ years, or PhD degree with 3+ years in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise database design, development, deployment, and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL development.
• 4+ years of experience with data transformations, data structures, metadata, workload management, object-oriented software development, or distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Active US Government TS or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, manufacturing execution planning, production control, or dispatching systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, automated testing and deployment, data pipelines, RDBMS platforms, C#, SDLC, Windows/Linux, enterprise networking, and firewalls.
