Database Conversion (ETL) Programmer

Location: Hybrid from the Lake St. Louis, Missouri or Mandan, North Dakota office; minimum three days per week in the office after initial training. Tuesday and Wednesday are required office days, with a third day selected by the candidate and supervisor. Travel may be required.

What you will do

• Research, design, and perform basic to moderate data conversions to hirify.global platforms.
• Analyze and map Member and customer data to develop effective conversion approaches.
• Resolve basic data conversion issues and recommend enhancements.
• Perform data validation, verification, balancing, and other quality testing.
• Communicate with internal and external teams and project stakeholders.
• Record and manage conversion information in the internal issue tracking tool while using generative AI to improve productivity and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of relational databases, ETL tools and processes, and enterprise software integration points.
• Familiarity with business software applications and the energy or communications industries.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and interact positively with internal and external customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer or IT-related field, or relevant experience.
• Ability to work from the designated office locations on the required hybrid schedule and travel as needed.
