Global Workplace Services Manager, Events & Experiences

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; full-time, in-office role. Travel to critical hub locations is required.

Salary: $144,500–$198,650 USD per year, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-region workplace experience strategy that drives office attendance, company culture, and employee community.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of workplace events, business meetings, trainings, executive and board dinners, product launches, holiday gatherings, and community activations.
• Manage on-site event operations, staffing logistics, safety, troubleshooting, technical and AV integration, and attendee experience.
• Develop global playbooks, service-level agreements, operational guidelines, and scalable processes for local workplace teams.
• Oversee global event-production, catering, and supplier contracts while managing a multi-million-dollar experience budget and program metrics.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications, People/HR, Executive Assistants, Marketing, IT/AV, Security, food and beverage teams, and workplace leaders; mentor workplace specialists and outsourced teams.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading workplace experience, experiential events, or hospitality programs in a fast-growing global technology company.
• Strong experience planning and delivering large-scale, high-budget corporate and multi-city events globally.
• Deep expertise in event production, technical and AV integration, spatial planning, VIP service, and in-office event execution.
• Ability to independently manage complex logistics, concurrent timelines, multiple workstreams, procurement, contracts, and vendors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, customer-service, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with outsourced partner teams, vendors, and full-time employees; Google Suite experience required.
