Workplace Experience Director

Location: Hybrid, based in Princeton, New Jersey; Boston, Massachusetts; Evanston, Illinois; or South San Francisco, California, United States. Work combines working from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Travel is required for client-facing employees as business needs require.

Salary: $170,000.00–$190,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead workplace experience delivery across multiple offices, locations, or service areas, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with operational priorities.
• Manage and develop manager-level and senior workplace talent through coaching, performance management, development planning, and workforce planning.
• Oversee staffing capacity, workload allocation, service coverage, and operational responsiveness across workplace teams.
• Set workplace service standards, operating practices, onboarding, training, and capability-building approaches across locations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on workplace services strategy, office operations, employee experience, service continuity, and operational readiness.
• Lead cross-location issue resolution, vendor governance, SLA reviews, renewal recommendations, risk management, process improvements, and operational standardization.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least ten years in the field.
• Advanced technical and operational expertise in the relevant discipline, demonstrated through extensive experience leading managers, multi-team operations, or broad service portfolios.
• Ability to lead multiple teams, managers, or broad service areas and achieve operational goals affecting short- to mid-term functional performance.
• Ability to make decisions on resource allocation, workforce planning, process improvement priorities, and service delivery models.
• Ability to address complex, cross-functional operational problems requiring significant analysis, stakeholder coordination, and judgment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging senior internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Authorization to work in the United States without now or future employer sponsorship.
