GTM Revenue Operations

What you will do

• Contribute to GTM planning, target setting, and market intelligence including headcount modeling and territory design aligned to growth projections
• Design and maintain pipeline generation models and support forecasting processes with actionable business narratives
• Partner with field leadership to identify gaps, analyze pipeline health, and optimize sales processes and GTM execution
• Support new GTM motions and structured experiments to test and scale successful approaches
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Central Ops, and field teams to drive revenue operations

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or related roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure companies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build models, cohort analyses, and forecasts
• Experience with consumption-based business models preferred
• Comfortable working with AI tools, BI, SQL, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with bias toward action
