Associate Project Services Manager (Clinical Trials and Laboratories)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. 100% remote, with Eastern Time business hours.

What you will do

• Manage clinical trial laboratory projects from award through closeout, applying protocol requirements.
• Lead study setup, including protocol and budget reviews, startup meetings, and project and risk management plans.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, metrics, budgets, trends, scope changes, and change orders.
• Act as the primary contact for sponsors, leading client communications, meetings, issue triage, and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve study obstacles and maintain customer-focused delivery.
• Oversee laboratory instructions and specifications, support proposals and bid defenses, and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, such as study setup, method validation or transfer, or client programs.
• Experience with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, client management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English and availability to work Eastern Time business hours are required.
