Project Management Analyst (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Support Project Leaders and Clinical Project Managers with clinical trial project management activities.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, project metrics, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
• Coordinate risk, issue, baseline, and change control processes.
• Manage project finances, including estimates at completion, expenses, invoices, reconciliation, vendors, and purchase orders.
• Maintain project management plans, resource allocation data, correspondence, meeting materials, and customer communications.
• Coordinate eTMF reviews, audit support, eTraining, team onboarding, system access, and filing compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, typically in project management, clinical research, or a related area.
• Knowledge of project management principles, concepts, and practices.
• Analytical and financial skills, with experience in clinical research or project management.
• Advanced English is mandatory for daily use.
• Must be based in Mexico or Argentina.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of relevant clinical research experience.
• Previous experience in a consulting company.
