What you will do
- Support Project Leaders and Clinical Project Managers with clinical trial project management activities.
- Maintain performance dashboards, monitor metrics and alerts, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, status reports, presentations, meetings, and correspondence.
- Support risk and issue management, baseline and change control, resource allocation, and project planning.
- Manage project finances, including estimates at completion, expenses, invoices, reconciliation, vendor management, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate eTMF file reviews, audit support, project training, onboarding, and system access.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Typically, at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant clinical research experience with analytical and financial skills, or project management experience.
- Advanced English is mandatory for daily use.
- Knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts.
- Previous consulting company experience is useful.
